Exchange is only available in the following cases:

• Wrong item received
  
• Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
  
• Defective or damaged product
  

You must inform us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos.

Unboxing Video Required

A continuous unboxing video (from before opening the package till the end) is mandatory for any exchange claim.

Exchange Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  
• Tags and labels must be intact
  
• No stains, perfume smell, or wear marks
  
• Only size mistakes from our side are eligible
  
• Exchange shipping charge: ₹60 (to be paid by customer)
  

How to Request Exchange

Send order ID + issue details + photos/video.

Once approved and shipping charge is paid, we will arrange pickup and send the replacement.

• No refunds except for failed/duplicate payments
  
• Refunds (if applicable) take 15–30 working days, and bank details are required
  
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
