At GreyLongg, all purchases are final. We follow a No Return & No Exchange policy.
Exchange is only available in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Defective or damaged product
You must inform us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos.
Unboxing Video Required
A continuous unboxing video (from before opening the package till the end) is mandatory for any exchange claim.
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- No stains, perfume smell, or wear marks
- Only size mistakes from our side are eligible
- Exchange shipping charge: ₹60 (to be paid by customer)
How to Request Exchange

Send order ID + issue details + photos/video.
Once approved and shipping charge is paid, we will arrange pickup and send the replacement.
Important
- No cancellations after order is placed
- No refunds except for failed/duplicate payments
- Refunds (if applicable) take 15–30 working days, and bank details are required
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
